Nice cafe inside Eslite Bookstore, where Eslite Black Card members can redeem complimentary drinks. This cafe has very nice view of downtown Kaohsiung and the 黑糖牛奶 is very good. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
