Having seen Otaru Miyakodori Shopping District, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. Do not go away without trying good lamb and nicely cooked lamb cutlets. The friendly staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Visitors say that the service is professional here. It's an opportunity for you to enjoy the calm atmosphere. We came in with no expectations, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant offers a wide variety of lamb cuts — from lamb rack to shoulder and other parts, even lamb tongue. Everything was delicious. What really stood out was the special seasoning powder you dip the lamb into, which perfectly enhances the natural flavor of the meat. The owner also told us that their lamb is extremely fresh, sourced day by day, and fresh enough to be eaten raw if you wish. If you’re looking for great lamb in Otaru, I highly recommend this place. It’s been open for less than a month, so come early before it gets popular — and make sure to book in advance. 特に期待せずに入ったお店でしたが、嬉しい驚きでした。オーナーさんはとても親切で、接客も素晴らしいです。ラムラックをはじめ、肩肉などさまざまな部位があり、ラムタンまで楽しめます。どれを食べても本当に美味しかったです。特に印象的だったのは、ラム肉につけて食べる特製スパイスで、ラムの旨みをさらに引き立ててくれます。オーナーさんによると、ラム肉は毎日新鮮なものを仕入れていて、生でも食べられるほどの鮮度とのこと。小樽で美味しいラムを探している方には、ぜひおすすめしたいお店です。オープンしてまだ1ヶ月も経っていないので、有名になる前にぜひ。予約は必須です。.
