Booked this restaurant for celebration of Mother’s Day. If I were to be fair, food was okay. However, service was catastrophic. Food took more than an hour to arrive, not to mention we were also served the wrong soup when they finally arrived. Worst of all, despite two reminders to write ‘Happy Mother’s Day’ on the dessert, via both phone call and message (and they even sent me a photo to show that the request has been marked down in their system), the message still wasn’t written on the dessert plate. Attitude of the staff and manager was okay, they did apologise and try to make up for it, but I definitely would not come back anymore. This whole dinner reminds me of Murphy’s Law - anything that can go wrong will go wrong. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I am genuinely confused by any positive reviews for this establishment. At best, this is a 2-star experience. The service was amateur and rushed, with no regard for the pacing of the meal. Compounding this was a significant language barrier and a menu that misrepresented the dishes served. Most concerning was the hygiene; the upholstery emitted a foul, pungent odour and appeared severely neglected. Lighting was poor and I was struggling to see what I was eating. I will not be returning. Connoisseurs avoid! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150

The winner edition of restaurant week really drives me crazy, all these fascinating restaurants are stunning and the actor of today is "L'amour" It amazes me with the very burgundy color theme and stylish interior design and other decorations make us an illusion we are in Rose-rooted place during the dining time. Tailor-made menu is specially offered to who subscribed to dinning city and HSBC card, $148 includes 4 courses. I have selected Soup of the day, chicken roll,.Uni toast (+$18) uni icream (+$48) and a red wine(+$38). All of them are very gorgeous in regards to presentation, food quality but the portion of Main dish could be a bit more. What I appreciate most is the "Rhythm of presenting the dish, it was just-in-time, not leaving too much waiting time for you between dishes. Recommended dish: 1. Uni ice cream CP Value: 9/10 Dinning experience: In a nutshell, it was an fair experience to me and I would like to point out the servers are very kind to introduce what's inside of each dish. In addition, it is much appreciated that they allow me to choose the seats I prefer the most and I love the piano and violin there for live music show in the night time. It is very cozy and chill to spend time here especially during autumn time. it is good to adjust the background music, the volume is a bit too loud.
