フランス産レスキュールバターを使用したロティを扱うロティ専門店 テイクアウトしましたが、店内の雰囲気も良かったです โรตีเนยสดฝรั่งเศส (French Butter Roti)を注文しました。 ココナッツオイルで焼き上げたロティを丁寧に何度も紙で油を吸っていました 実は、元々ロティは油っぽいし甘すぎて好きな食べ物ではありませんでしたが、ここのロティは別物 生地はクロワッサンのような味わいで、油っぽさは一切なくサクサクでとても美味しかったです また、食べたいと思うくらい ただ、メニューがタイ語(しかも読みづらい書式のタイ文字)だけだったので英語表記があると嬉しいです

Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Le Cha Roti, and I was particularly impressed with their authentic French butter roti . The buttery aroma was delightful—it’s clear they use high-quality French butter, which added a subtle richness to the dish. French butter is known for its higher butterfat content, giving it a creamy texture and more pronounced flavor. The roti itself was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, which I appreciated as it allowed me to adjust the sweetness to my liking with the provided condiments. The drinks were just right, with a pleasant sweetness that didn’t overpower. I especially enjoyed the Southern Thai tea , which had a rich, full-bodied flavor and a lovely fragrance, without being too sweet—a perfect complement to the meal. While the curry chicken was milder than expected, with a more delicate flavor profile, it was still enjoyable. The overall dining experience was positive, and I’d be happy to return for another visit. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, though not the type of place you’d visit purely for photo ops. Instead, it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy good food in a comfortable setting.
