I have been a regular customer of Le White Bar for the past two years, spending my own money here to unwind, relax, and enjoy drinks after work. As a loyal patron, I never expected to be accused by the owner, Jasper, of bringing customers to other drinking establishments. What disappointed me most was not just the accusation itself, but the lack of understanding and respect shown towards a long-time customer. I visit bars as a paying customer, not as an employee or representative of the business. I do not understand why I should be questioned about where other people choose to spend their time or money. After supporting this establishment for two years, I am left wondering what value is placed on customer loyalty. Instead of feeling appreciated, I felt unfairly judged and accused without justification. I hope the management reflects on how customers are treated, especially those who have supported the business over an extended period. Respect and trust should go both ways. Price per person: SGD 100+

I am extremely disappointed by the treatment I received at Le White Bar. As a paying customer, I spend my own money on drinks and pool at the bar. I pay full price like everyone else and have never received any special benefits or incentives. Because of that, I find it unreasonable to be accused of bringing customers away from the bar to other drinking establishments. Jasper, one of the co-owners, seemed to believe that I have the ability to influence where other patrons choose to spend their money. The reality is that I am simply a customer. I do not earn any commission, rewards, or benefits if other people decide to join me at another bar instead of patronising Le White Bar. As an adult spending my own hard-earned money, I have every right to choose where I drink, socialise, and relax. Other customers also have the freedom to make their own decisions. Holding me responsible for where they choose to go is unfair and unjustified. What disappointed me most was being accused rather than having an open and honest conversation. After supporting the business and spending money there, I expected to be treated with respect rather than suspicion. I hope the management reflects on how customers are treated. Loyalty should be appreciated, not met with unfounded accusations.
