I ordered a cream cheese bagel and a cold brew Panama geisha coffee. This is not a dine-in place. So it's grab and go, which is expected. I had a large breakfast so I thought this bagel passing for lunch would be okay. Imagine my surprise, returning to the office, to find that though they toasted the bagel for 3-4 minutes, and I saw them take out cream cheese from the fridge, that the bagel was UNCUT. And there is a small container (usually meant for sauces)? Full of cream cheese. And there's a small, wooden knife. To cut a bagel, that is known for its hard shell after baking in the oven. They expect you to use the wooden knife to cut the bagel and spread the cheese yourself? Or do they expect you to put cheese onto your bagel for each bite without cutting it in half? Reader, do you see, how either way, this is definitely NOT a grab and go meal? Imagine you were running late on the bus, or you had to walk and eat (which a grab and go type of meal would be great for, especially a bagel.) You would not be able to enjoy the bagel. Mind you, this toasted bagel with cream cheese is the ONLY thing as part of their food menu. I find it frankly ridiculous. What am I paying 32$ for? The service of toasting my bagel for a couple of minutes, and a tablespoon of cream cheese? Imagine I did not have a heavy duty steel knife in the office. How else would I have cut this bagel? And I had to put it in the microwave on the 'oven' setting, as it was cold inside. The bagel itself is dry, like it was from frozen. (it probably was.) I won't comment on the flavor of the coffee, as I'm not a coffee connoisseur. The graphics to advertise their coffee is ai-generated, which, disregarding ethics, would be fine if the graphic was relevant. However, they advertised the Panama geisha coffee.... With a Japanese Geisha. It's not hard to understand that the ai saw the word 'geisha' and didn't understand the difference between geisha coffee, and Japanese geisha. I suppose the owners didn't even check this? Do they even know what geisha means? It calls to question the owner's understanding of coffee at all. Mainly though, I find the uncut bagel situation the most ridiculous. The graphics thing is callousness. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $50–100
