Extremely disappointed with the inconsistent service.I visited a physical LIFETASTIC shop to inquire about a "Styling Cake" for my son’s birthday party on May 10th. The staff in the shop explicitly told me that I could place the order 3-4 days in advance. However, when I tried to order online on May 4th (well within the timeframe I was given), the system wouldn't allow it. When I reached out to their online customer service for help, they were completely unhelpful and simply said the service was suspended for those dates, directly contradicting what I was told in person.I had already shown my son the cake and he was so excited to have it at his party. Now, he is going to be extremely disappointed. It’s very frustrating to receive conflicting information and then have no support from the online team to resolve a mistake made by their own staff. I expected much better communication and service for such a special occasion. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
