The cocktails, shots and service, 10 out of 10. But speaking of a speakeasy bar, it was really loud that night when I visited. I was expecting to have a nice conversation with my date. But overall, it was a nice bar. Price per person: $400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lil Gaz is one of the first speakeasies in Kaohsiung, behind a secret phone booth. The menu was very helpful, as it provided good guidance on the flavor note of the cocktail. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable and offered us to sample some whiskey. We tried Quiet Time 2.0 and 4.48; both were pretty boozy.
