Surprisingly unprofessional service for such a large franchise—if I hadn’t known better, I would’ve thought I’d walked into a poorly run family-owned diner masquerading as a franchise. Don’t expect standardized service or basic courtesy; that seems to have been left out of the training manual at this location. Even getting your order right is a bit of a gamble—forget about a warm greeting. If I had any other options, I wouldn’t set foot in this place again.
