Updated review: 2026/02/04 Tried giving this place another chance. That was a mistake. I walked in around 13:00 and told aggressively by some guy that he isn’t going to take my order. That I need to use the QR code. Then he walked away without any further assistance. I don’t know what’s up with the particularly rude staff they’ve managed to hire and place at this location, but I have decided to never do business with Louisa again at any of their locations. Location is great and it used to be really good here. The service is terrible. Some guy with hand tattoos and long fingernails conducts himself incredibly unprofessionally. They also never seem to have good available at this location. The food is good when it’s actual available. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The coffee is just average, and the cakes are average too. But the customer base? It’s packed with an insane number of people—folks who just want to order an $80 coffee and camp there forever. This place is basically a legit study hall (K-book center), the perfect spot for insurance agents to meet clients, or all kinds of real estate agents, insurance sellers, and MLM hustlers to hang out. They can spend less than $100 on a single coffee and occupy the space from opening in the morning until closing at night. One person hogging a table for two, with their bag plopped on the opposite chair. Two people taking up a four-person table, bags on the chairs too. If you want to dine in, it’s all about luck and whoever gets there first. But unlike Starbucks, no matter whether you’re staying or going, they always give you a to-go paper cup straight away—which is actually convenient, so you don’t have to mess around pouring it yourself. It’s just that the coffee and cakes are really mediocre—don’t set your expectations too high. It’s perfect for those kind of low-key salespeople pushing MLM, insurance, or whatever. A great spot for office workers or real estate agents to slack off. 咖啡普通，蛋糕也普通，客群的話就是非常非常非常多，只想點一杯80的咖啡就要待到天荒地老的人。這裡就是名副其實的K書中心，保險業務洽談最佳地點，各式各樣房仲業務賣保險賣直銷都可以來這邊花一杯$80不到100的咖啡錢從早上開門做到晚上閉店。一個人做兩個人的位子，包放對面在椅子上面。兩個人坐四個位子，包也是放在椅子上邊。都是各憑本事碰運氣吧如果你想要內用的話。 但他們跟星巴克不太一樣，如果你不管你是想念我為台他們都是給你直接外帶杯紙杯這樣也好就不用在那邊倒來倒去。 只是咖啡蛋糕都很普通啊，不用期望太高。 適合那種不不入流的業務來，推銷直銷推銷保險，上班族房仲偷懶的好地方。.
