This was my 4th time staying at Love Beach Club Hotel, and it is still amazing every time. The service, standards, and cleanliness are always very high, which is why I keep coming back. The beach club has good prices and the view is absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is not loud, so you can really relax and have a good sleep, even though it’s right in the middle of Chaweng Beach! A special thank you to SU SU at the reception—she is super nice and always very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again! Service: 5

There are about this hotel you guys can consider to stay here or not. We stayed here for three nights. , the staffs kept asking us to order drinks, which was quite annoying. The bar was right there—if we wanted a drink, we would have ordered one ourselves. One staff member even rudely told us that we " ". Other staff simply asked for our room number when we chose not to order drinks and then left us alone, which was much better. That is still far more acceptable than telling your guests (who staying in your hotel) directly that they cannot sit in the hotel's chairs unless they buy something. For example, maybe I do not want a cocktail and only want to drink water, or maybe I have just finished a meal and do not want another drink, I just want to swim, or sit by the pool. I think the club area management should reconsider how they train their staff. You are in the hospitality business. Instead of telling guests, " ' , ' "—which basically sends the message that you are pushing guests toward a competitor's hotel—you could simply ask for their room number (or room key, or cash bill, booking number, etc) to make sure they are actually staying at your hotel. Hotel guests should be treated differently from outside visitors who are just walking in from the beach. Anyways, the hotel's location is beautiful, right on the beach and close to the main road. The room was okay and reasonably clean. However, . Looking back, that was a little gross, I'm sorry but it's. The front desk staff were nice and friendly. Thailand is beautiful, and the hotel has a great location and beautiful decor. We came here to relax and enjoy our vacation, not to be constantly bothered about buying drinks every time we wanted to sit by the pool or swim. In the end, I think you could retain more guests if you improved your procedures or provided better training for some of the staff working in the club area. Thank you! Service: 3

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Love Beach Club Hotel Koh Samui and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment i arrived, the staff (Grace,Thaw, Su Su, Sandra) treated me like royalty. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was prefect. whether it was the front desk staff who greeded me with genuine smiles or the house keeping team who kept my room immaculate, everyone was incredibly attentive and friendly. I honestly cant thank them enough for making my stay Unforgettable.if your looking for a hotel with exceptional service and amazing people, then look no further Love Beach Club Koh Samui is that place. phenomenal 10/10 Star. Rooms: Common amenities, luxurious toiletries in the bathroom. Beyond the basic. Very quiet rooms and comfortable bed. WiFi good. Prefect Walkability: 100 meters to the shops, restaurants, bars and a easy walk to markets and shopping mall. Food and drinks: The food at Love Beach Club is so nice, their is no need to go anywhere else. Delicious food, seriously tasty. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury
