The disorganized staff is the only thing that can spoil your evening at LUSCIOUS BAKES SG. Unprofessional service is what a majority of visitors underline characterizing this place. According to the reviewers' opinions, atmosphere is disgusting here.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. The items were preordered 2 months in advance but never arrived at all. While a refund was eventually given, it did not undo the damage already caused. To make matters worse, the buffet was not set up at all. At the very last minute, we had to wash and set up everything ourselves, which was incredibly stressful and unacceptable for an event service. As a result, guests were left without cake and pastries. This caused embarrassment and unnecessary panic.Completely unreliable service. I would not recommend this to anyone, especially for important events.

I had a very disappointing experience with Thara’s service. From the start, communication was slow and unclear, which already made things frustrating. When the service was finally delivered, it did not meet expectations at all—it felt rushed, lacked attention to detail, and did not match what was promised. On top of that, there was little accountability when issues were raised. Instead of trying to resolve the problem properly, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. For the price paid, the quality and overall experience were far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend Thara’s service to others unless there are significant improvements in reliability, professionalism, and customer care.
