Hi Richard, thank you for your feedback.May we know what happened to you? When and how things happened? Did you visit our cafe as a customer or just came in for a free seat? We always try best to improve our service but from your review comment, It seems no tail no head. Appreciate you can provide us more info so we can check at our end to address your concern better.[Further check]We thank you for your care. However, after further check into your message, with our staff and also CCTV on 30/3 around 21:15pm (if it was you) we noticed that a gentleman and a lady entered our cafe premises trying to sit at table #6/#7 with outside food/drinks on hand. During that time, our cafe operation was already closed and all the light was off. Cafe was also fenced by barricades i.e. trespassers not allowed to enter. At that time, our staff member was still around and nicely informed the gentleman and lady to leave as our cafe was off-service (closed). The gentleman and lady left right after that. However, today we received your review feedback which appears to refer to that incident. Therefore, we would like to request your attention that:1. Our google location review is meant for our customers who has been visiting and using our product and services at our premises to give feedback review and comments for our quality of product and service. Non-customer is requested not to irresponsibly provide any irrelevant review which may mislead our customers.2. Outside food and drinks is unauthorised to consume within our cafe premises.3. Our cafe premises is private property belonging to our company. During off-service (closure) time, only staff member is allowed to enter the premises. Any trespassers are not welcomed. Trespassing is illegal by law.With all above, if you were that person who entered our cafe premises on that day, you were considered as trespassing into our premises and so we request you not to repeat it again in future and to remove this irrelevant review immediately (we have records of that person unauthorised to enter our premises that day. So we appeal to google and also if any loss/damage to our cafe on that day due to that trespassing, we'll report to police for further investigation)With due respect, our sincere thanks for any genuine feedback/review for betterment of our product/services from our customers, not for trespassers.

Hi there, appreciate if you can let us know what happened and when that caused you giving us 1-star review? It would be helpful for us to understand the situation and wish to improve better from there if there was something not gone right during your visit? We didn’t notice any issue happened at our cafe recently. Thanks.
