Our team is trained to know the menu inside-out, to craft every drink with care, and—above all—to treat each table with respect and full attention.Our staff's behaviour clearly did not meet those standards, and we take full responsibility.We have already scheduled a menu retraining session with all staff this week, and we are reviewing our phone-use policy with every server and bartender to be sure this never repeats.
