This is a rave review - I've tried so many Mexican restaurants in Chiang Mai, and La Casita beats them all, hands down. Beside the fact that they have an authentic, festive Oaxaca style atmosphere, incredible music, and a full bar, the food is spectacular! And the servings are ginormous - I won't be able to go back to any of the others in town. This one checks all the boxes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400 Vegetarian options: The vegetarian burrito we shared was really delicious and interesting, and like all the food, attractively served.

Hola Amigos! I'm usually disappointed when I eat Mexican food in Chiang Mai, but not here. I lived in Southern California for 30 years and missed the vibrant flavors of the Mexican food there and never thought I would find them in Chiang Mai. I had two enchiladas and the fish tacos and was really happy with the taste. I ordered through Grab so I can't comment on the atmosphere of the place, but as for the food -¡bravo!
