This is a western style restaurant we usually drive by but didn't try for years, on this weekend we decided to have our family lunch there to celebrate someone's birthday.. the meal itself are quite nice but all main are rice, spaghetti, risotto... Mi, pronounced "ㄇ一ˋ", sounds the same as Mi, Mi, Mi. Sweet, searching, and secret, "La Miette Cafe & Bistro" located at the intersection of Jingguo Road and Panshi Road in Hsinchu has been in business for more than a year. It has adjusted its menu to provide classic dishes and creative dishes using seasonal ingredients. Meals such as stewed rice, baked rice, pasta, etc., as well as delicious freshly baked madeleines for dessert, are soft and elastic, just like this restaurant. Miette, followed by the French word Miette, means bread crumbs. When we eat mille-feuille or croissant, we cannot avoid dropping some crumbs on the plate. These are traces of happiness. Located at the intersection of Jingguo Road and Panshi Road in Hsinchu City, next to 7-11.
