This was a very disappointing dining experience, and I feel it’s important to warn others. Firstly, the prices charged did not match the menu at all — we were clearly overcharged. For example, the Pad Thai was listed as 150 THB on the menu, but we were charged 200 THB on the bill. We also ordered 3 bottles of beer, but the bill showed 4 bottles. Unfortunately, we only noticed this after payment, which is very unacceptable and feels dishonest. On top of that, the pricing here is unreasonably high — even more expensive than many other restaurants and hotels in Ko Lanta. For example, a single coconut costs 100 THB here, while a 4-star hotel only charges around 70 THB. This simply doesn’t make sense. Overall, this experience makes me seriously question whether the positive reviews of this restaurant are genuine. Summary: Non-transparent pricing, questionable billing practices, and very poor value for money. Strongly not recommended. Please double-check your bill carefully. Grazie per il suo Feedback Desideriamo chiarire un punto importante: il Menù a cui fa riferimento la sua recensione è una foto vecchia caricata da un cliente lo scorso anno,e non riflette i nostri prezzi attuali.Il nostro Menù è stato aggiornato quest’anno e i prezzi sono chiaramente visibili a tutti gli ospiti direttamente al ristorante prima dell’ordine.Come può vedere il menù attuale include delle modifiche dovute all’aumento delle materie prime .Garantiamo sempre la massima trasparenza e invitiamo tutti i clienti a fare riferimento al menu fornito al tavolo poiché ,le foto online caricate da terzi potrebbero non essere aggiornate o accurate.Chiediamo gentilmente che le recensioni si basino sul menu reale e sull’esperienza effettiva al ristorante, non su contenuti online non aggiornati.Aggiungiamo il nostro menu per garantire qualità , freschezza e la migliore esperienza ai nostri ospiti.
