La Rambla By Catalunya "A high-end Spanish joint tucked inside the gleaming, hyper-corporate glass-and-steel labyrinth of the IFC mall. Normally, this is where culinary souls go to die. But then you step out onto the terrace, look at that ridiculous, sweeping view of Victoria Harbour, and take a bite of the suckling pig. The skin has that shattering, glass-like crunch that makes you forget you're sitting in a shopping center. The meat is juicy, unapologetic, and paired with tapas like a tomato tartare that has absolutely no right being that clean and sharp. Is it pricey? Yeah, it's Central Hong Kong. Are there pigeons occasionally eyeing your churros from the terrace rafters? Sure, but that just keeps you honest. It’s corporate, it's beautiful, and against all odds, the food delivers. Four stars.
