なる程立地はたしかに色々な面で便利です。予約の時期により金額が大きく異なるようですので、タイミングよく取ることをお薦めします。DXバルコニー付きはバスタブなしです。Wifiは弱く遅いので何とか使える程度。静かなところが気に入りました。

Unfortunately I did not have a good stay because of the constant extreme loud noise outside the hotel. Not possible to rest during the day. Not possible to enjoy the pool side. I think it’s dishonest by the hotel management not to disclose the disruption from the next fort massive demolition site. This should have been informed at the time of booking an made very clear. The rooms are old but spacious. The shower is very very dirty. It needs a proper bleach and scrub. It’s just filthy. The staff are ok but I guess it’s the management that’s the problem. I have a feeling this place will go downhill very quickly unless something changes there. Do not stay here because you will regret it if you want a bit of peace and quiet. Service: 2

I recently stayed at La Vintage Resort and had a deeply disappointing experience from the moment I arrived. I had booked and paid for an extra night in advance to ensure we could check in at 8 AM, as our flight was scheduled to land early. We booked and paid for the night before specifically to avoid any issues with early check-in. Unfortunately, that effort was entirely in vain. Upon arrival, the front desk staff, who barely spoke English, repeatedly told us there was no room available and that we would need to return in two hours. Despite explaining that we paid for an extra night for the exact purpose of having the room ready, he simply kept insisting we wait. After some back-and-forth, he called his manager, who informed us—quite unapologetically—that she was at home and wouldn’t arrive until 10 AM if we wanted to speak with her. This dismissive attitude was completely unprofessional. We didn’t need to “talk to” anyone; we needed access to the room we had already paid for. Once we finally got a room, there were more issues. I booked a room for two adults, including breakfast, but the staff told me only one breakfast would be provided because I checked in alone. This was absurd; I’ve never encountered a hotel that limits breakfast this way when the room was clearly booked for two people. To add insult to injury, when I was finally given a room key, I discovered the room was still occupied! Someone else’s belongings were there, and I had to return to the front desk to demand an explanation. Their response? They claimed they were “upgrading” me and asked me to wait another 20 minutes while they prepared the new room. This was not a favor; it was a clumsy attempt to cover up their lack of availability. In summary, this hotel failed on multiple levels: terrible communication, arbitrary rules on breakfast, unfulfilled paid reservations, and a complete lack of respect for guests’ time. I’ll be reporting this to the tourism department, as this kind of service is unacceptable and a disservice to travelers. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay. Service: 1
