OK here we go again! Chad ordered Tiger Light which has been discontinued by the brewery for over a year. We should have taken this off the menu as it was left on by accident. It has been removed today. Chad could have ordered any of the other happy hour beers which are readily available. Somehow he ended up with a draft beer. This must have been a miscommunication with our Thai staff where English is not their first language. This is clearly a mistake which our bar staff would have corrected freely!!. However rather than pointing out the error to the staff which would have been the normal human interaction he drank the beer and then decided to complain and deride us on social media the minute he left the bar. What a pity someone could get so emotional over a misunderstanding that they took it as a personal grudge to voice on social media I have personally spoken to this gentleman and apologised for the error and explained what happened. Yet he stills seems to bear a grudge. Chad, we all make mistakes. This wasn't intentional. I apologised to you. You have a minor grudge that is pretty meaningless. Please get over it.
