Hi Paul. Thanks for your feedback. Not sure where you tried our pies but would be grateful if you could let me know please. A couple of facts so that you're very clear on who we are at Lady Pie. I'm an Aussie (born & bred) and have been in the food business for most of my life. Lady Pie was founded by an Aussie and I bought the business from her 7 years ago. I've been running it since then and it's now been estaished for over 20 years. We have a large and loyal customer base across Thailand and also follow a strict production process to ensure that we get a consistently great result. Very rarely-indeed almost never - have we received feedback such as yours. We're very proud Aussie owners and long term pie makers so I sincerely have no idea how you've had the experience that you've described. So it's very important to us to understand just how this could have occurred. Thanks
