焼き鳥のもっきんばーどさんの上の階にあるお店です。 Laiaで「ラヤ」と読むそうです。 え？このなかなか風情ある階段の上にオシャレダイニングバーがほんとにあるのか？？と思いますが、ちゃんとオープンしています。 日本語も堪能な女性お二人が営まれています。 店内には多様な音楽がかかっていて雰囲気が良いです。 イカ墨のポテトサラダやアドボ(フィリピンの肉料理)がとても美味しかったです。 おしゃれなお店がなかなか少ないエリアなので貴重だと思いました。 とはいえ普通にお箸などもくださるので気張らず食べ飲みすることができます。全体的にさりげないお気遣いがありがたかったです。 お値段は激安ではないですがびっくりするほど高くもありません。 現金の他にもそれなりに使えます。 有名ラーメン屋さんの近くなのでコインパーキングには困らないかと思います。 お酒を飲んだら帰りの下り階段には気をつけてください笑 Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everything tasted comforting and authentic, but the real star for me was their squid ink potato salad. I honestly didn’t expect a potato salad to be the thing I’d remember most, but it was incredible — rich, creamy, savory, and packed with flavor without being too heavy. Super unique and probably one of the best side dishes I’ve had in a while. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
