1. first impression: found the place online, looked through photos — italian food, mainly pasta. the menu shown was posted about 5 months ago. 2. rebranding and pricing: photos showed pasta at 100 baht, but the current menu is different — now it’s 259 baht. prices have increased significantly, likely due to rebranding. old photos can be misleading. 3. food and portions: ordered the mushroom cream soup. very tasty, but the portion was small — around 8–10 spoonfuls. 4. overall impression: the restaurant has clearly changed, and that’s worth noting. food is good, but current prices are much higher than what older photos suggest. 5. bill The bill was 208 baht, and I only had a 500-baht note. They told me they didn’t have change and asked me to pay via QR code, even though it was obvious I was a tourist and couldn’t use it. They didn’t offer any alternative, so I had to go to the nearest Lotus to break the bill and bring back the exact amount myself. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your visit and your honest comments. Regarding the menu and pricing, our restaurant has recently gone through a rebranding and menu update. Unfortunately, some older photos online may not yet reflect our current concept and prices, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the mushroom cream soup, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the portion size. Your comments are very valuable to us and will be taken into consideration as we continue to improve our offerings. We would also like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during the payment process. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will review our procedures to ensure better flexibility and clearer assistance for our international guests in the future. Thank you once again for your feedback. It helps us improve, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a better experience next time. Warm regards, Lanna Terra Team
