The beef & pork noodles were quite bland for me even with chili paste more oily than spicy. The dry version was definitely more flavorful and my pick. Get the wood ear salad to cut through the richness. Portions are HUGE but a bit pricey for what you get. They make fresh noodles per bowl with sizes A–E. E was insanely thick and chewy they literally gave us scissors to cut it Open 24 hours + free noodle refills if you are dining alone! Good luck finishing one bowl !!!! English and Chinese menu available cash, QR code and credit card available parking lot in market area behind the restaurant.
