우육면 조미료에 찌든 사람 입 맛에는 다소 아쉬울 수 있음. 평소 맵고짜고단 음식 즐겨먹는 사람들 입장에서는 아쉬울 수 있음. 하지만 소고기 육수로 만든 국물 마셔보면 오랜시간 끓여서 만들어야만 느낄 수 있는 깔끔한 육수맛을 느낄 수 있음. 동파육 데친 청경채와 같이 먹으면 정말 맛있음. 하루 일정량만 조리하여 선.착.순. (포장도 되어 집에서 다음날 먹기에도 좋음) 가지튀김인가 지삼선이라는 가지요리도 꽤나 맛남. 최근 새롭게 내놓은 새우춘권과 동파육춘권 사장님이 서비스로 맛보여주셨는데 정말 맛있음 Beef Noodle Soup (우육면) The Beef Noodle Soup might be a little disappointing for those who are accustomed to heavily seasoned, instant flavors. People who usually enjoy spicy, salty, and sweet foods might find it lacking at first. However, once you try the beef broth, you'll immediately recognize the clean, profound flavor that only comes from simmering the stock for a very long time. It's a taste of true dedication. Dongpo Pork (동파육) This dish is truly delicious when paired with blanched bok choy. They only cook a limited amount per day, served on a first-come, first-served basis (F.C.F.S.). (It's also available for takeout, making it great for enjoying the next day at home.) Di San Xian (지삼선/Stir-fried Three Earthly Delicacies) This dish is made by deep-frying eggplant, potatoes, and bell peppers, and then stir-frying them in a savory soy-based sauce. It is delicious! It's also a great option for vegetarians to enjoy. New Menu Items (Special Mention!) The owner recently offered me a complimentary taste of their newly introduced Shrimp Spring Rolls (새우춘권) and Dongpo Pork Spring Rolls (동파육춘권), and they were absolutely fantastic!
