Unprofessional Experience – Dishonest Staff & Poor Management I had been renting a motorbike from this business for over 4 months. I always paid in advance, never missed a payment, and was a respectful, problem-free customer. On my final rental, I let the staff know my bank card would take a few days to arrive. They said it was no problem — I could keep the bike until then. Several days later, I was suddenly told I was banned from renting again. I offered to pay six months in advance to resolve everything, but the staff refused to contact the owner or explain the full story. It was clear they were covering their own mistake instead of taking responsibility. This could’ve easily been avoided if they had just asked me to return the bike on day one — or waited one extra day for my card. Instead, they blamed me for their own lack of communication. On top of that, one of the staff members is clearly running a private business selling bikes to guests while working at the hotel. Customers are being turned away from the official service so she can push her own deals — a serious conflict of interest and unprofessional behavior. The hotel itself is low-quality: disorganized, poorly run, and lacking basic hospitality. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Instead, rent from the shop on the corner or stay at the hotel across the street — they treat customers fairly and don’t hide behind lies.

It was cool to be here for 1 week. Room was better then I thought. There were some problems with the blanket, I talked to the administrator and all problems were fixed. All perosnal are amazing kind and friendly people. You feel care like at home.They solve any of your requests. Recommend this hotel to visit. Worthily for your money

The hotel is good location, receptionist gify, charming and helpful but first night couldn’t sleep in the room because the Aircon noisy and smell from the bathroom waste drain they had to replace me with another room, which had problem smell coming out from the drain in the shower room again, plus stink and mark N the towel the phone is not working. No breakfast is because they close the restaurant. Will I go again no
