We would like to address the concerns you've raised in your review. But we don't make a comments on customers review usually but we have to correct some of things you have mentioned on your review. First we apologize that you have regretted on your visit to our restaurant. 1. we have shown you a beverage menu which shows all the price on the menu and we also have explained which were available and which were not and from our beverage explanation you have choose your beverage from our drink menu which already shows the price on. 2. we are getting the fish from fish market every morning from that we have mark on our menu as a "M/P(market price)" and we have told you about the price when we are explaining the menus at the beginning.(for July 14th fish price was 25,000won for one and you have made two orders on the fish that day)4. for that phone number that we have asked was even-though we have your number from your reservation information we have thought that it would be better to ask you first and then making a call was right. biggest reason that we thought it would be better to call you can explain the things that you have questioned since you were having a trouble understanding how your payments and deposits were working so we have thought that it would be much easier for you that we can assist you on the phone. but we have never-thought that it make you feel uncomfortable and get offended to it. we understand that the text we have sent can brought a wrong intention of what we want to say but writing wrong informations from the above we have mention can bring false information to the other so we had to correct some of the things you have written. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our services.
