ベーカリーを購入する客が多く、ケーキの陳列ケース付近に接客の人はいません 呼びつけ注文すると、メモを渡され、ベーカリー購入客の列に並ぶ必要があります 味は美味しいが購入し難くて残念です. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We visited Jewel Lavender Bread Shop for dinner, and my 2.5‑year‑old son wanted to eat some bread. He was holding the tongs to take the bread while I was holding the plate. At that moment, the shop worker (known as Auntie Wong, I believe) suddenly shouted from behind us, saying the bread was not for playing. In reality, we were intending to buy the bread. My son was shocked by the sudden outburst, and the worker came across as very grumpy. I had always thought of Jewel as a place that is welcoming for families and tourists, so it was unfortunate to be addressed in such a manner Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

Terrible, in terms of food hygiene. Bought swiss rolls and a few different types of bread/buns for breakfast from Lavender Bakery (Jewel, Changi Airport) outlet on 30 Sep, and found a baby cockroach/insect on the bread. This is totally unacceptable. Had to throw the bread away. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
