I am a person who is busy at work and works according to plan. In January 2023, I called and said that I wanted to make a reservation for two people on March 16. The lady who answered the phone asked me to use private message to make a reservation instead. After I sent a private message, Le Bon Marche accepted the reservation and responded "ok". As a result, when we arrived at the restaurant on March 16, the door was locked and closed!!! What’s even more ridiculous is that during this period, the restaurant did not call me to inform me that the reservation was cancelled, nor did they send me a private message to inform me of the closure. What’s the point? Is this the attitude of Le Bon Marche restaurant management? Later, I found a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page announcing the closure of business in late February. It was outrageous. There are thousands of social media apps available today. If I wanted to cancel my reservation today, but I would just follow the same example. Post an article on my personal Pixnet website "I won't go." As for whether you saw that it was your family's business, please put yourself in my shoes and ask Le Bon Marche, do you think this is reasonable? ? Service: 1
