#LeMeiStudio #xindian metro station #niche cuisine #Qingyaquiet When I was chatting with the chef of Sushi Xinjiang at the entrance of Minzu Road, he introduced us to Le Mei Studio, a simple French restaurant next to the MRT station in the new store. When I came to the store today and chatted with the chef, I realized that Mei is the Chinese word for grandma. The name uses a French concept to commemorate my grandma who was very good at cooking. The salad dressing is made from fruit vinegar made from mulberries grown at my grandpa's house. It goes well with the lettuce and has a special texture. The bread dip, soup, and my staple duck dish were all delicious. The most amazing thing was the dessert: yogurt ice cream with peach and chopped nuts, and underneath was a small almond cake. The layers matched well and were super delicious. There are only about 10 seats in the store, so you can enjoy niche and exquisite cuisine in an elegant and quiet atmosphere. I wish Le Mei Studio a prosperous and long-lasting business.
