I've been ordering Rye48 Sourdough for delivery from here for a long time because I am absolutely impressed with the quality of the bread. It's hard to find sourdough this good. All the ingredients used are premium grade, and the bakery is meticulous in every step, from cultivating their own yeast instead of using commercially available ones, to the baking process that creates beautiful air pockets, resulting in soft and delicious bread with a perfectly chewy crust.
