It's already a famous place, but it's a good place to stop by if you like baked snacks and enjoy desserts on a regular basis. The last time I visited, I arrived around 2:40 on Saturday, and I had no choice but to turn away because it was sold out, so this time I visited just in time for the 12 o'clock opening time. Since I went to a friend's house under the pretext of giving it as a gift, I bought almost all kinds of madeleines without paying attention to the price, and even tried a financier called 'Tom'. In conclusion, there are many places that make madeleines with a thick feeling, but Le Soleil does not have that feeling at all and, if I may say so, has an airy feel. The texture is light and smooth to eat. After buying several, I thought the price was disappointing, but dessert lovers will likely be satisfied with the variety of madeleines available. As someone who has taken the famous madeleine class, it is not normal to make and eat so many different things, and considering the effort that goes into making this level of quality and variety, I think it is a reasonable price to buy. Personally, I wanted to try the mugwort madeleine I saw in a post, but it was said to be a seasonal product. And at Hwinangsi. At Hwinang City, I only bought one called ‘Tom’, and oh! I was satisfied. I chose it because I thought it would be unique because it included tomatoes and grano padano, but it was a good choice. The Grano Padano had a slightly charred scent, but it went well with the Financier better than expected, adding to the flavor. I didn't have time to properly look at other Hwinangsi restaurants, but the next time I visit, I want to try a wider variety of Hwinangsi restaurants.
