Walk past Lema Dumplings with a visible long queue and decided to give it a try! We had their [1] Signature Dandan Noodle (Mild Spicy) which was one of my favourite among the other dishes i had! I think its perfect for mild spice lovers, with a flavourful broth that packs just the right amount of heat. The noodles were incredibly QQ and springy, while the minced meat topping added a nice savoury touch. This is definitely something I would crave as a comforting hangover meal. [2] Braised Beef Brisket Noodle was decent and enjoyable. The beef was tender, and while it did not stand out as much as the dandan noodles, it was still a satisfying bowl. [3] Dried Chicken Egg Fried Rice was fragrant and addictive. The rice grains wasn't clumpy at all. The bits of dried chicken and egg added extra flavour and texture that kept us reaching for more! [4] Crispy Golden Tofu is a must-order okeyy!! It is rare to find tofu this good in Singapore! The exterior of the tofu was fried perfectly to a nice golden crisp, while the inside was silky smooth like pudding that melts in ur mouth. The sweet dipping sauce (which we ticked for it to be separated from the crispy tofu) complements the tofu well. [ I'll highly recommend trying it plain first to fully appreciate its texture.] Both [5] Pan Fried Pork and Cabbage Dumpling, [6] Pork and Cabbage Dumpling [7] Pork and Corn Dumpling were yumz! The dumpling skin was cooked just right, and the fillings were generous and juicy. I especially enjoyed the Pork and Corn Dumpling, as the corn added a subtle sweetness that made it unique. We also had their free flow drinks soya beanand water chestnut from their drink station. The soya bean is not too sweet and rich in flavour too! While the water chestnut is on the sweeter side. (def choosing soya bean) p.s. I just felt that the interior of the place can be better improve in future (when their ready to do so)! right now its a human jam in the store — Signature Dandan Noodle (Mild Spicy) Braised Beef Brisket Noodle Dried Chicken Egg Fried Rice Crispy Golden Tofu Pan Fried Pork and Cabbage Dumpling Pork and Corn Dumpling Pork and Cabbage Dumpling Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Flavourful fried rice wok-ed really well, expected of a paradise dynasty chain. Since their specialty is their dumplings, and dumpling chains are getting more prominent, I think it was decent. What could further elevate this dish would be if the pork used had more fatty content or had been simmered in pork broth to give that juiciness, else it tasted like a normal dumpling. Overall, not bad. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Long wait wven at 5pm but the service staff is patient and friendly. The dumplings are flavourful. The prawns are fresh and bouncy. The corn adds a good flavour. The spicy noodles was very satisfying. But very small portion. The mala spicy sauce was just right. Not too spicy but with still a kick and some numbness. The soy milk tastes a bit artificial. The water chestnut drink was also too sweet. The ambience is bad because it is a very cramped space. Doesn't feel comfortable at all. Very stressed feeling. Feels like need to gulp down food and quickly leave so that next customer can take the seat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
