Utterly disappointed at how the service recovery was being done. Ordered a box for my friend’s birthday and all the chocs were messed up upon delivery. DM their ig and this was their reply without even attempting to do some service recovery. Shared this incident to my other friends and my friend shared with me the image that her friend ordered and had the divider to hold the chocs in place. GOSH. If you run out of box stocks to hold the chocs, then at least communicate it to the delivery person or do something on your packaging before delivering/selling it to your customers. For the price of your sweets, this level of presentation is unacceptable.
