Absolutely the rudest staff woman i have ever encountered in Thailand, let alone only Pattaya. We were well dressed and polite, spoke in both Eng and Thai. But the crone just simply stared at us as we entered. Looked very annoyed and only spoke in a threatening tone "what you want!". I ordered and when it brought our drinks, just had a scowl that said hurry up and leave. Very very nasty piece of work. Drinks were good tho

Dear James, Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed the matter with our staff and understand that the interaction did not meet the level of hospitality we aim to provide. While our staff member did not intend to be rude, we acknowledge that the communication may have come across as unfriendly, and we sincerely apologize for that impression. We have addressed the matter internally and reminded our team of our service standards. We would also appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience. Please feel free to contact us via our Facebook page. Thank you for helping us improve. Kind regards, Bazi & Leckerle
