統一朝鮮料理を掲げるお店。色々な種類のスンデ、伝統的な焼き方の牛肉、冷麺、サバご飯などのコースでした。プレゼンテーションはまさにファインダイニングスタイルですが、ファインダイニングとしては安価でコストパフォーマンスが非常に高いと思いました。ソウルのファインダイニングスタイルのお店は何店か行きましたが、このお店は絶対にまた行きたいお店の筆頭です。 実際に行ってみるまではスンデには苦手意識があり食わず嫌いでしたが、実際にいただいてみると臭みやネガティブな風味は全くなく、非常に美味しかったです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I cannot praise the chef's attitude and food more. It was just us at the counter. You could see how much he loves sharing his craft. He was typing meticulously the details of each dish into a translation app for us in English, so we could understand the intent behind each course. The though and creativity behind the dishes is sublime. Please give this spot a visit. It is to my regret that tipping is not a thing in Korea because I would have willingly paid 2x what we did for the meal we had and for the kindness of the chef to put in the effort for us. We left stuffed full of high quality, fresh and beautifully presented plates. There was so much I was afraid I could not finish it!
