シンガポールはチリクラブが有名だけど、ここのコールドクラブの方が自分は好み。手も汚れないし、スマートに食べられる。後、美味しいのは焼きそば。これがなんとも言えない美味しさ。 ガルッパ（魚）も美味しかった！. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

We enjoyed our dinner here at Lee Do Restaurant with the following dishes: Fuzhou Fishball Soup I had always preferred Fuzhou Fishball over the usual Fishball, but here at Lee Do Restaurant, their Fuzhou Fishball is even better. One bite into it was a burst of juice filled with sweetness and umami. Steamed White Cabbage With Scallop Sauce Paired with rich scallop sauce and the natural sweetness of the cabbage, gently steamed to perfection, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth sensation. Fragrant Crispy Duck Succulent duck with crackling skin, a savory delight in every crispy bite. It's worth noting that the meat tends to be on the drier side, lending itself more to a flavorful snack. Seafood in thick soup This dish is similar to classic Chinese Restaurant Fish Maw Soup. Adding a touch of vinegar to it enhanced the addictive sourish note that made every spoonful a memorable experience. Yam Paste with Ginkgo Nuts Smooth and creamy aromatic yam paste was an irresistible finale to our meal. Despite being pleasantly full, I couldn't resist savoring every last bite.
