The food is ok, not anything crazy but edible. The atmosphere is very cozy and is a great place for gathering. The staff let you talk and stay for as long as you want. Forgot Date - Lucas Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: French Fries, Brownie and Ice Cream, Lemon Cake

DON'T order the squid!!! I never give bad reviews but I was truly insulted by the quality of food and service here. I ordered the squid lunch set. Upon first bite, I tasted a weird flavor. I thought maybe I just wasn't familiar with the sauce. After the third bite, I could not handle the taste anymore and spit it out. I asked the server what kind of sauce they use and they said just a sauce for the grilled squid. They seemed annoyed that I even asked. Then they took it to the kitchen to "taste" and said there was nothing wrong. I asked if they tried it and they seemed irritated that they had to repeat themselves. They tried to gaslight me by saying nobody else had a problem with this dish, but when I walked around the restaurant to go to the bathroom, I saw that nobody else ordered it so of course nobody else had a problem. I asked the other guests at my table to smell the squid and they all stated that there was a strong stinky smell protruding from the squid. Clearly spoiled. Even the "spine" in the squid shrunk beyond recognition, a sign of being frozen for too long. The squid had a nasty taste and smell. Nobody else dared to try it. They offered me another main meal and I chose the chicken, which is $40 less than the squid. However, they charged me for the squid meal that I barely ate and said the chicken was "on the house." So I paid $300 for a $260 meal plus a stomachache. Not to mention the 10% service fee. It would have been a different story if they took responsibility for their spoiled food, but they didn't and instead gaslighted me. I'm not a chef but I know when food has gone bad, especially seafood. To serve that to customers without remorse is unforgiveable. I will not be returning here again.
