Atmosphere & Service: A pleasant restaurant with a touch of European flair in Hua Hin. The service was attentive but unobtrusive. Starter: The Silser bread were a dream – fantastic in flavour and served wonderfully warm. A perfect start! Soup: The onion soup was unfortunately too sweet – for my taste, it lacked savoury depth and a hint of spice. Main course: The meat, on the other hand, was cooked to perfection: perfectly done, tender and juicy. That made up for the disappointment of the soup. Dessert: Fine, but again too sweet. A bit more balance would be desirable. Conclusion: Mixed feelings. The breads and the meat are very good, but the sweetness in the soup and dessert doesn’t fit with the European style. Final question: Thai chef? – The cuisine seems somewhat adapted to local tastes for sweetness. Anyone looking for European authenticity should expect to make some compromises here. Still worth a visit for the quality of the meat and the great breads. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

First time here, tried their Tuesday promotion, oyster are nice, steak was great. Service nice, highly recommend. I will be back
