Our pricing is set with affordability in mind, and we do not impose GST or service charge to keep our food accessible. From the photos shared, it appears that a significant portion of the vermicelli dish had been consumed, which makes it difficult for us to fully assess the concerns raised regarding portion and quality. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns on the spot, and our team would have been happy to assist or make adjustments during your visit. Regarding the ordering experience, upon checking with the staff, there was a temporary system issue which resulted in the order receipt not being printed out and no order number being assigned. Our team was verifying payment to ensure your order was processed correctly, and we appreciate your understanding that there may be slight delays as staff work to clarify pending orders with customers. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. We are committed to providing a pleasant and consistent experience, and we will continue to review both our food and service to improve.
