Excellent service by Alex, who took care to ensure we order the right level of doneness for the steak. He also recommended a bespoke mocktail for my princess. Steak and fries are delicious as usual! Brings back good memories for me as the first time I visited Les Bouchons was in 2007 Ann Siang Rd branch for a work celebration! We visited this steakhouse on Friday night after our children’s CCA session. We were glad we made a reservation, as the restaurant was fully booked and very busy, including the private dining area upstairs. Although the kitchen was clearly under pressure and the steaks took longer than expected, the manager, Elvis, handled the situation very well. He took the time to explain the delay and did his best to ensure all guests still felt attended to and valued. Overall, despite the busy evening, the service recovery was commendable. We will definitely return to support the restaurant again, and appreciate Elvis for his attentive service.
