My wife and I ordered 20 macrons, 10 each, and although it was expensive, it was satisfying. The ones I remember best were the matcha which flavor could be equal to having a hot matcha. Pistachio has nutty flavor as if the Pistachio was grained to powder and made paste. The flavor is not overly sweet, and you can definitely tell it is Pistachio. Mango was a lovely experience. You can flavor the natural flavor of mango without a hint of any preprocessing done in making this macaron. Chocolate noir was impressively rich, and again, not overly sweet, just the right amount to go along with coffee. The chocolate has a natural favor, which just recalls memories of the Amazon cacao deep in the forest. And finally, the creme brule, which complexity still makes me wonder how it was made. Every bite was surprisingly accompanied by the crack of the burnt sugar. Subtle but complex, I think it was my favorite of all. I hope to return and try more.
