AVOID Wish I had read the reviews before booking a tour with Let's Sea Bar. Let's Sea if-we-can-ruin-your-day should be their slogan. The man and woman were both incredibly rude and dismissive, I've never experienced this before in all of Thailand. We paid for a 4hr boat trip to Bamboo Island (2 adults 1 child 3,100 baht) so not cheap. It was literally a taxi service. The captain refused to speak to us. We figured things out for ourselves on Bamboo Island. When I realised we'd given him too much tourist tax (that he'd so generously offered to pay on our behalf) and asked for it back at the end, it was still in his wet bag! He'd had no intention of paying it at the hut on our behalf! He was also given fish food for us by Mr Grumpy at the bar, that he threw on the floor until is asked, Is that for us. Horrible, moody guy. Not the first long tail snorkelling experience I was hoping for my son to have :( Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I typically only post reviews if someone goes way out of their way to give good service but this is the opposite. These guys are horrible. The prices are high and their equipment is garbage, but the worse thing about this place was how rude the staff was. Very shady, rude and overpriced. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst interaction I’ve had so far with a business in Thailand (and I’ve been traveling around the country for over 2 months) so be ready for it if you come to this place. I was told by my hotel that I could rent snorkeling equipment from them so I went to ask and yes, in theory you can rent a mask and fins from them for 50 Baht + 1000 Baht deposit - they have like $5USD (~150 Baht) worth equipment really so it seems like a huge deposit but I get it that it might be their way of securing the return of their stuff so that’s not much of a problem. The real problem is the attitude the guy at the counter gave me! Initially it felt as if I was bothering him by asking him about renting stuff and then when I asked if I could try on the mask and put it on for like 2 seconds he claimed that I broke it (?!). I hold an advanced diver’s license and have snorkeled, literally, thousands of times so I definitely know how to put on a mask and I know I didn’t do anything wrong. I ended up getting a mask somewhere else and to be honest most coral is dead which is really sad to see, so even if you aren’t able to rent equipment don’t worry too much, there’ll be better places to experience snorkeling. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
