Ordered a waffle. I didn’t realise there was an online queue. The staff told me it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I specifically asked the staff if it will take longer than 20 minutes and was confidently told “maybe 1 or 2 minutes more”. After waiting for 25 minutes, based on the queue numbers, it looked to take another 40 minutes. I asked the staff for a refund and they refused. Told me I can take bread instead. The buns I took were extremely unsatisfactory. Overall bad experience and disappointing food. Especially concerning that the conduct of the staff appears to have been deliberate. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to MK Levure Naturelle on Saturday, 28 Dec at 8.30pm. Noticed a PAIR OF SHOES SITTING ON TOP OF THE WAFFLE FILLING CONTAINER. was about to take a pic when the staff saw me take out me phone and immediately moved the shoes away. See pics attached. Seriously regret not making a huge fuss on the spot cos wtf idek how long the shoes were there for. They were a pair of sneakers and who in their right mind would store SHOES WITH FOOD???? the staff didn't even bother with an apology or try to explain the situation. Complaint has alr been made to SFA and PSA to all NOT TO BUY FROM THEM COS YOU DK WHAT HAS BEEN CHILLING WITH YOUR WAFFLE FILLING Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
