Very solid porridge and very consistent. Can rival any of the famous porridge stalls in Singapore. Price is also reasonable. Service is fast. All in all a great solid option for porridge Salty, most likely will be thirsty after eating, remember to hydrate yourself after eating Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

There are so many varieties of congee. And for an extra $2 you can have a drink and one stick of yu tiau to eat with the congee. There's also a variety of reasonably priced side dishes to go with the congee. The young man who takes orders speaks good English which is a plus for me because I don't speak Mandarin. PROS - Some of the best congee I've ever had, including in Hong Kong. Li Fang Congee is smooth, creamy, salty and delicious. - Fast and freshly prepared. - Well priced. - Very friendly service. - There's plenty of free seating and tables if you do dine in. CONS - None.
