Nice kopitiam in the Joo Seng area. I particularly like the Vietnamese food stall therein - in particular, its rice rolls. Even when I have them as a takeaway, they "travel well" and are very good in terms of taste and texture. And service at the stall is also very good - friendly and courteous. The dining ambience at this kopitiam is nice enough - it is well ventilated and the seating is comfortable.
