I had the spring seasonal menu, and it truly felt like spring on a plate — vibrant, aromatic, and full of quiet elegance. Each course built delicately upon the last, layering flavors with precision and intention. The progression felt thoughtful and refined, developing in nuance while still delivering moments of real impact. Nothing was overpowering, yet every dish left a lasting impression. It was expressive without being excessive, cohesive without being predictable — a beautifully composed experience from beginning to end. The space itself was just as stunning. The ambiance felt warm and refined, perfectly complementing the cuisine, and the service was attentive, gracious, and genuinely welcoming. We had a wonderful evening at Liana and truly enjoyed an exquisite gourmet experience. This is a new restaurant offering refined Mediterranean multi-course menus with a modern, elegant touch. We chose the festive menu with wine pairing. The courses were excellent, and the experience was enriched by numerous amuse-bouches, all of which were outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the trout with its subtle grilled aroma and the duck, both beautifully balanced and full of flavor. The pasta, however, was somewhat on the mild side and less memorable compared to the other dishes. The desserts were outstanding, and the wine pairing was superb, thoughtfully selected and perfectly matched to the menu. All dishes were extremely well plated and visually stunning. The service was attentive, professional, and truly first-class. Overall, it was a delightful evening, and Liana is a very promising addition to the fine-dining scene.
