台南を3度訪れて、ようやく出会えた最高のフレンチレストランです。 都会の喧騒を忘れさせる隠れ家のような空間は、フラワーアレンジメントからカトラリーや食器に至るまで細部にセンスが行き届いており、サービスも心地よく、至福のひとときを過ごすことができました。 芸術作品のように美しく盛り付けられた創作料理には、柚子や蓬、山椒の葉、昆布などの日本の食材が巧みに取り入れられており、伝統的なフランス料理とは一線を画す、シェフの新しい感性が感じられます。それでいて奇をてらった印象はなく、すべてが調和の取れた完成度の高い一皿でした。 夫はワインのペアリング、私はお茶のペアリングを選びましたが、最初に供された発酵白茶は特に印象的で、深い余韻を残す素晴らしいものでした。 特別な日に、大切な人と訪れたいと思えるレストランです。ミシュランの星を獲得する日も、そう遠くないのではないかと感じました。. Had dinner at Liang Liang Table in Tainan to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. The restaurant’s interior is beautiful — the floral arrangements near the entrance immediately set a lovely tone for the evening. The space feels cozy yet refined, and dining here has such a pleasant, intimate vibe. Plus, there are two adorable house dogs that occasionally wander around to greet guests — it’s probably the only Michelin-recommended restaurant in Taiwan with such cute companions! The food was impressive as well. It’s one of the best examples of modern French cuisine I’ve had in Tainan. The duck breast was perfectly seared, tender and flavorful, and the dessert meringue was delightfully crisp. But what surprised me most was the sourdough bread — paired with their spreads, it was honestly my favorite part of the entire meal. Service was also exceptional. At one point, I accidentally spilled both water and soup, and the staff immediately came over to clean up — so kind and professional, without even the slightest frustration. It really elevated the whole experience. Overall, this is a restaurant I truly recommend, and I sincerely hope it earns a Michelin star in the near future. Can’t wait to return!
