I am so incredibly glad that Liberty has finally opened a branch here in Chalong! I recently stopped by this new location with my laptop to get some focused work done and have breakfast, and I was absolutely blown away by the level of service. I was there with my dog Alay and the staff went above and beyond for him. They brought out a cozy pet bed, two bowls (one for food, one for water), and even boiled a fresh egg just for him. He was absolutely thrilled! It is so rare to find a place that is genuinely this welcoming to furry friends. As for my breakfast, the fluffy zucchini omelet was delicious, and the coffee was honestly beyond praise. The breakfast menu is diverse enough that everyone will easily find something to their liking. The interior is elegant, bright, and filled with fresh air — none of that cramped, crowded feeling you often get in other coffee shops. It truly gives off lovely European vibes. The pastries were quite tasty too. My only minor suggestion would be regarding the canelé: it’s best served fresh, whereas mine was slightly chilled, which made it lose a bit of its signature crunch. But that's an easy fix, and I’m sure it’ll be perfected! A huge thank you to the lovely ladies who took such wonderful care of us in the dining area. Alay and I are definitely sending a huge "like" your way and will absolutely be back! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿400–600
