The location and beaches are great and quiet. The resort bungalows are pretty basic. The breakfast is very basic. Some restaurants nearby and in village you can rent motorcycle 200 baht per day to explore this quiet moslim island. In the evening there is nothing to do. Service: 2

The staff were good the rooms were clean but the manager/owner was extremely rude and unhelpful, we waited over 2 hrs for our room with no apologies when we're were told it would be read in 30 mins. The whole resort is lacking maintenance Service: 1

If you’re looking for an ultra-polished 5-star luxury resort with infinity pools and champagne breakfast this is not it. If you’re looking for raw nature, a quiet beach, real Thai hospitality and sunsets that stop conversations mid-sentence, then this place is absolutely perfect. Libong Beach Resort sits on a long, almost untouched stretch of beach with a small island directly in front of it. In the evenings the sky turns gold, pink and deep orange — some of the best sunsets we’ve seen in Thailand. What makes this place special: – family-run with genuinely warm, personal service – peaceful atmosphere, very few people – only one neighboring hotel on each side, then nothing but nature – small fishing village within walking distance (restaurants, scooter rental, essentials) – excellent snorkeling directly from the beach – surprisingly rich marine life and still healthy coral reefs – no need for boat tours – just walk into the water and explore This is the kind of place where you hear waves, birds and wind instead of traffic. Now the honest part: The beds are very firm. European-back-level firm. The first night you may question your life choices. By night three, you’re weirdly okay with it Breakfast is simple, not huge, but absolutely sufficient. Food overall is good and reasonably priced. Room prices are more than fair for what you get. You have to judge this place in the right category: It’s not about luxury — it’s about location, tranquility and authenticity. For the price-performance ratio, the setting, the snorkeling and the atmosphere: Easy five stars. We would definitely come back. Service: 5
